Protecting our environment and reducing pollution is one of our biggest goals. That is why we are not only trying to be more and more conscious in choosing our materials but also trying to make the returns process more sustainable.
To achieve this, we all have to pull together.
Therefore, we ask you to choose exactly which product you want to order before you place your order. Please do not order 3 different color if you are unsure about the right color. In such cases, you can easily contact our customer support by mail (support@retrogamesofficial.us), who can give you more detailed information.
Please be aware that every return has an impact on the environment and will have a lasting effect on it. Should you still wish to return the product, our email support will work with you to find a suitable solution on how we can minimize the impact of greenhouse gases together.
In addition, to do something for the community, we donate a portion of all returns directly to a clothing drive.
We at Retro Games Official are convinced of the quality of our products and therefore offer a 7-day warranty on all our items.
Should your product show a defect within this period, just send us an email at support@retrogamesofficial.us for further instructions We will check your return and send you a new product free of charge in case of a warranty claim.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.
Please ensure your order is in unused condition when returning it.
We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing accessories.
What Does Warranty Claim Mean?
A warranty claim means that your product has been produced or delivered in an imperfect condition that explicitly impairs the use of the product, such as holes or disturbing seams. It does not include any damage caused by the mechanical action of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
